I would like to thank Stone (aka Mike) and Richard in the Service Department for their assistance with my Jeep today. I had a screw in a tire, so asked to get it patched. After assessing the situation, they explained that the screw was too close to the tire wall and patching it could be dangerous because this is where the tire endured the greatest pressure. They agreed it would be best to put the spare on and move the affected tire where the spare is. They even moved a back tire to the front so the tread wear would be more similar. They could have easily patched the tire, sent the ticket up for me to pay and sent me on my way. But, they did the more difficult, but honorable thing to ensure my safety. Thank you, gentlemen, for your kindness and honesty. These things seem to be a dying art in today’s world. So grateful for you both!

The young men in the service department are, kind, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating! They offered a shuttle to take me where I wished to go while my car was being serviced. I highly recommend Scenic!! The shuttle driver loved his job and was such a joy to talk to!

We were on our way home from vacation in Virginia and had car trouble near Eden, NC. We had a long day of driving ahead of us and were worried we would be stuck with no car and no way home. Their Service Department was very helpful and professional. Brandon worked on our Dodge Durango like a NASCAR pit crew team member and got us back on the road in record time. They made a totally annoying situation bearable and we enjoyed the time we spent at the dealership. Thanks so much for taking good care of us.
